You can deploy softlog.sundries out to receptionists, administration staff or any other staff who need to record sundry costs.
Product Features
Packed with useful intuitive features, your staff will find it so easy to use. Assigning the right cost-type from the “Tree View” style list and assigning the correct account code is fast and simple.
You can enter remarks against each job which is useful if, for example, a client queries their bill at some future date. Remarks can even be pre-defined, allowing staff to select the most appropriate remark from a drop-down list.
It's a simple matter for staff to look up the correct account by using the powerful account lookup list features which provide a variety of search options. A list of the most recently used accounts is also automatically maintained for even faster selection.
Allows each staff member to maintain their own personal lookup list containing the accounts that they are most frequently or most likely to be working on.
This is a great feature when you cannot complete all the details for a sundry job straight away but don't want to overlook it later. For example, if you couriered a delivery you may not find out the cost of that delivery until later in the day. In this case you could still enter the basic job details straight away and Softlog will retain this job until you find out the cost and enter it later.
This feature allows, for example, your administration staff to reconcile the total of a batch of items against a pre-determined value to ensure that no items have been missed or entered incorrectly. The entire batch can then be processed in one easy step.
Unlimited sundry cost types can be pre-defined by your Softlog Administrator. Selecting the appropriate cost type tells Softlog what item price and/or base price to apply to that job.
Softlog can automatically calculate the Billable Value for each job, with options that allow staff to override the calculated value where appropriate and enter their own.
