Tailor with Email Rules
Use the email rules feature to tell softlog.email which email addresses should be actively monitored. This allows you to tailor the system to suit your firm by, for example, ignoring internal emails and only displaying the pop-up when emails are sent to certain external addresses and/or domains.

Charge Code Lookup & Validation
Instant validation of Account codes means that an email will only be transmitted if it has been correctly allocated. Your staff can select from a pop-up lookup list of valid Accounts which includes Client Name and Account descriptions. It's so easy for your staff to allocate a job correctly.

Smart Account Code Allocation
softlog.email will recommend the Account code that was selected when you last sent an email to the same email address, giving you the opportunity to accept that account code again or to select a different one. This useful feature saves your staff time when sending regular emails to the same email address/s for the same clients.

Email Statistics Save Costs
Wouldn't you like to know your firm's highest volume email addresses or domains? Would you find it useful to see a complete analysis of each staff member's email usage? Tenants Are Automatically Charged
Softlog can be set to automatically allocate emails sent from a tenant’s desktop to that tenant’s account for billing. Tenants will never see a Softlog pop-up on their desktop – instead, Softlog will run “silently”.
